Plain-language service terms: what the managed service covers, what we need from you, how fees and renewals work, and how to leave with what is yours.
Business Online is a managed service: we create, publish, host, and maintain a website, and—depending on the package—administer a customer-owned web address and business email. It is an ongoing service relationship, not a one-off build or a self-service tool. These terms describe the service as offered at the effective date above; a material change is published with a new effective date and told to affected customers before it applies.
You supply accurate business facts, hold the rights to material you give us, approve factual and consequential decisions, complete the secure actions a provider requires of the business itself, and keep an account contact reachable that does not depend on the new business email.
We deliver the work included in the selected package, check customer-facing drafts and substantial managed work before they go out, tell you when something we manage is not working, and keep your content and web address portable rather than locked to us.
Initial and recurring amounts, their cadence, and the date of the next charge are shown before you authorize anything. Costs paid directly to a provider—web-address registration and renewal, additional mailboxes—are named separately in the order review rather than hidden inside a single figure.
You can end the service without a phone call. Cancellation states what happens to the website, the web address, mailboxes and their data, inquiries, active work, billing, and access, each with a date. The cancellation and handoff policy sets out the full sequence.
