Accessibility statement · Effective August 18, 2026

How we intend this service to work for everyone.

Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. This statement says what we build and check against, what we know is not there yet, and how to get an accessible alternative for any essential task.

Our standard

We design, build, and test against WCAG 2.2 level AA. That target covers this marketing site, the customer control center, and the websites we create for customers.

What works today

These are the behaviours we build into every screen and check as part of the work, rather than aspirations for a later release.

  • A skip link, landmark regions, and one main heading on every page
  • Every interactive control reachable and operable with a keyboard alone
  • Focus that stays visible and is never trapped
  • Motion that respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting
  • Form fields that name themselves, with errors announced and linked to the field
  • Text and interface colours chosen against contrast requirements
  • A structured text alternative wherever a visual preview carries meaning

Known limitations

We have not completed an independent third-party audit, and no automated check can prove a page is usable. Some example previews and illustrations convey layout visually; a structured alternative is provided beside them, and we would rather hear about a gap than assume there is none.

Alternative access and accommodation

Every essential task has a route that does not depend on a single input method, format, or sense. If something here or in your account blocks you, report it through the contact form so the cause is fixed rather than left as a workaround.

Feedback route

Tell us what you were trying to do, which page or task it was, and the assistive technology or setting you use. Send it through the contact form — the exact barrier is recorded with a receipt and used to fix the cause.

A small first step

Ready to see what we would build for you?

Answer a few questions and we will show you what your website would include, what it would cost, and which parts we look after. Nothing is bought and nothing is charged until you say yes. You can stop partway through and pick it up later, or hand the rest to us.
