Cancellation and handoff policy ยท Effective August 18, 2026
Ending the service is a stated sequence with dates, not a negotiation. This policy names what happens to each part of your business online.

The site stays public until the stated end date. Before it comes down you can obtain an export of the content and material you supplied. Content is never withheld to keep a cancellation open.
The business is the registrant. On request we release the address and provide what another registrar needs in order to take it over. Where a renewal period has already been paid for, the remaining period stays with the address.
Mailboxes and their data belong to the business. Before the end date we agree a route: transfer of administration to you or another provider, or an export of mailbox data. Where a provider requires the business itself to complete a step, we say so plainly and in time.
Inquiries received through the site are exported to you. Work already in progress is either completed or stopped with a written statement of where it reached. The final charge and the date recurring charges stop are both stated in the confirmation.
Account access ends on the stated date. Anything we are required to retain is named in the privacy policy. Starting again later is a new service rather than a quiet reactivation of the old one.
